The villas are located just off the main road snaking down the western side of Mani. Don’t worry, traffic is light, you’ll be more likely concerned by the uncanny silence and serenaded by owls at night.

The Villas are located some 1 kilometre west of Itilo and about 155 metres above the crystal clear sea.

Coming from Athens the best route is via Sparta (do stop off and explore the stunning Byzantine city of Mystras) and on to Githeion. Then take the road to Areopolis. Bear right just outside that town and follow the road down the southern slopes of Itylo Bay by-passing Limeni. After a short climb on the northern slopes the villas will appear. There is a turning off the main road leading to the garages and villas.

From Kalamata follow signs to Areopoli and follow the main road south through Exo Mani, driving through Kambos, Kardamyli, Stoupa, Platsa, Nomitsi, Thalames  and Langada (be assured, you’ll want to return and explore these places!) Ignore the turning into Itylo and continue down the hill . The villas will be signposted on your right.
